You are welcome to visit our web site at www.shoplrp.com or contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

3. Are your publications offered electronically?
Yes, many are available through e-mail or online services and cd-roms.

4. Do you offer samples of your products?
Yes, we offer trial subscriptions.

5. Do you offer previews or rentals on videos?
Unfortunately no, our videos and audios are for purchase only and do require prepayment.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover or check.

7. How are your products delivered?
We use Federal Express, United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.

8. What is the normal delivery time?
Depending on availability, delivery is usually 7 to 10 days. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional shipping fee.

9. In which states does sales tax apply to my order?
State sales tax applies to FL, PA, IN and VA. If you are tax exempt, please mail or fax a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.

10. Do you sell my information to other companies?
We will certainly keep your information confidential if that is your wish.

11. Can single issues or back issues of newsletters be purchased?
Yes, please contact us for availability.

12. May I reprint your material or portions of the materials?

Our products are copyrighted. Please contact us to obtain reprint permission.

13. Do you offer discounts?
We do offer multiple copy discounts. Please contact us for further information.

14. What is my Account number and where may I find this?
Your Account Number will appear on every invoice or statement and also on your mailing label above your name. The Account Number may also be referred to as Customer Number. Sample Number = 010101.001

15. How may I change my name or address?
You may contact us by phone, fax, mail or e-mail with the changes. Some changes may be required in writing.
